terms of service + info

• please only commission me if you have some sort of vision/idea in mind. i don't do "artistic liberties". i need as little as a pose or expression idea, but actual reference images help even more!• i have my own pinterest board i personally use for pose inspiration - here• when i'm working on a commission, the only WIP i usually send (unless it's a large piece) is the sketch. if you want me to send more WIP screenshots, don't be afraid to let me know ^^• time taken to complete a commission depends on the type and complexity, however i usually finish them in a few days, a few weeks tops. if i run into something irl that might prolong the waiting time, i'll let you know• please credit me if you repost my art/use it as a pfp or banner! just "art: macik115" is good :)• once the art is finished, you will receive multiple versions of it depending on the type (flat colors, no highlights, transparent background, etc.)• if you see any effects/color palette/anything else you like in my other pieces, you can request me to recreate them in your commission• let me know if you have a deadline beforehand• free revisions are only allowed during the sketch and lineart phase• i may charge extra for complicated poses, designs, etc.• payment isn't sent before or after the drawing is fully finished, it is sent after i show you the sketch• i have the right to reject any commission request - i'll try to give a reason, sometimes i won't because i don't wanna offend anyone lol• commissions i create might be used as advertisements for my social media. if you wish to keep your commission private, let me know!• if you have any questions feel free to message via discord, twitter, or bsky (you don't have to add me as a friend if you're in the corporate clash or event horizon discord server - i am in both)

concrete background pricing info

• pricing on concrete backgrounds depends on complexity, whether it only includes a natural environment (trees, bushes, hills) or structures/objects (buildings, props, interior) + how many of them are in the scene
• pricing will also vary depending on whether i need to add/change props, textures, colors, etc.
• a sky background with clouds is free!
• simple props with no background are also free (example)

I. you provide a clear reference (from toontown itself, a photo/drawing, or recreated in a different game like the sims) with the exact angle, props, etc. you want, and i will essentially only redraw the image in my style• nature only ($10 – $15)
